Natural Remedy For Eczema

Eczema – a rash on the body is often a sign that the house (body) may need cleansing or is overwhelmed with something that may be entering in the body. The skin is often termed your second Kidney as one of it’s roles is to excrete toxins (which can cause a rash).
For the itch, take a warm bath with 1 cup aluminium free bicarbonate of soda or 1 teaspoon in a cup of water and massage into the skin while in the shower.
These home remedies have been found useful but as always, check with your doctor first 🙂 and remember to drink plenty of clean water, eliminate sugar and junk foods while increasing more raw whole foods.
